"True pediatric professionals! They know how to work with children through difficult procedures. Through conversation, patience and respect they won the trust of my highly sensitive 5 year old so that his difficult dental work could be tackled in-office. We went to two other "pediatric" dental offices prior to coming here that use video games and TV's as distraction techniques but neither, when it came down to it, knew how to comfort and work with sensitive children.
